Terms of Service

You're responsible for your account and for the users you invite to your organization. Keep your credentials secure and use two-factor authentication where possible.

You own the content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and, when you instruct us to, distribute it. You're responsible for its accuracy and for having the rights to publish it.

AI suggestions can be wrong. You must review and approve content before it is published or sent. Uplevll marks AI suggestions and draft quotes, but approval is your decision and responsibility.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Distribution fees are separate, quoted per release, and charged only after you approve them. See the Distribution Terms.

Your use of Uplevll must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

Compliance screening is a risk-flagging aid, not legal advice. Uplevll does not make regulatory disclosures on your behalf or satisfy SEC, exchange or other disclosure obligations.
