Privacy Policy

Draft pending legal review. This document is not yet in effect.

What we collect

Account information you give us: your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and, if you turn it on, a two-factor authentication secret (stored encrypted).

Organization information you enter: company profile, brand materials, executive biographies, press releases and media contacts.

Security and usage records: sign-in times, IP addresses, browser user agent and an audit log of actions taken in your workspace.

Billing information is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not your card number.

How we use it

To provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, process payments, and send service messages.

AI features send the content you submit to our AI providers in order to draft, edit and check it, under those providers' API terms.

Separation between organizations

Each organization's data is isolated at the database level. Members of one organization cannot access another's data.

Sharing

We share data with processors that run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payments and AI providers), and with newswires only when an authorized user submits a release for distribution. We don't sell personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, export your organization's content and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as access, correction, deletion and objection. Contact us to exercise them.

Retention

We keep workspace content for as long as the organization's account is active and according to its plan's retention period. Audit records are kept longer for security and legal reasons.
