Distribution Terms

Distribution is performed by third-party newswires through authorized integrations. Each provider applies its own editorial review and may reject a release.

A provider quote is the provider's price, valid until the time shown. An estimate is Uplevll's calculation from published rates and is re-quoted before payment.

We authorize payment before submission. If a submission fails, we don't charge you twice; we retry safely or refund according to the provider's policy.

A release marked as distributed has been accepted and sent by the provider. It doesn't mean any particular outlet published it. Coverage is reported only with supporting evidence.

Cancellation and refund availability depends on the provider and timing, and is shown before you approve.
